the bathroom was quite basic. the shower head provided a pin-head water flow with no adjustment possible. the restaurant staff looked unsmiling, which didn't improve the experience.

I totally loved the convenience of the location, just a short walk from victoria station! the room was pristine, and housekeeping really kept up with things daily. having an iron and ironing board in the room was really useful. I could always look sharp.
i had to lug my suitcase up a few stairs. it was a minor hassle.

the hotel included amenities like a modern fitness center. the center featured three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and free weights. a water dispenser was available. towels were provided. this made workouts easy and convenient.

the location proved quite convenient. it was only a short walk to victoria station. the room included complimentary water and toiletries.. a nice touch.
My room felt quite small. there was barely enough space to move around the bed. the bathroom door also had a problem. It did not shut properly.

The air conditioning was definitely struggling. It barely cooled the room, and i ended up a bit sweaty. also, the shower was a bit of a letdown. The water pressure was weak, and the temperature fluctuated wildly. it felt more like a lukewarm dribble than a refreshing shower, annoying after a long day. the towels felt a little rough. They weren't exactly the softest. they could use an update soon.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Victoria Station. The staff were friendly and efficient . My room was spacious and clean. I also found a cafe and boutique pub in walking distance.
The shower tap was unlike any I've seen before. It took a while to adjust to a comfortable temperature.
